2025 Sponsorship Proposal

NWI Triathletes Club is a group of individuals brought together in pursuit of a collective passion. We train to go faster, be stronger, learn from each other, and have fun. Our members participate at every level; locally, regionally, nationally, and even at the international level. We wish to extend our proposal for sponsorship to promote our club and your business.

We thank you in advance for reviewing our proposal and look forward to joining forces with you.

Our non-profit club was listed under section 501 (c)(4) of the IRS when we started in 2011. In 2023, we dissolved the original organization and were able reform NWI Triathletes Inc. as a true non-profit under section 501 (c)(3)! Your donation is now TAX DEDUCTIBLE!!! We have held close to 110 members annually, located mainly in Lake and Porter Counties. NWI Triathletes supports local races each year.

In 2024 this included Leon’s World’s Fastest Triathlon, Grand Rapids Triathlon, Lake Max Culvers Sprint Triathlon, and MiTi half/full Triathlon. Our tent and banners are utilized to advertise our sponsors in addition to giving support to our athletes. Sponsors are also advertised on our website and on our social media outlets. The support of our sponsors plays a significant role in making NWI Triathletes what we are today.

In the next year, we will be actively growing our organization by providing coaching and educational resources, group training events and social events to our members and the triathlon community.

SUCCESS AT LA PORTE

This year, our LaPorte triathlon served as the USA Triathlon Indiana State Championship and we had a total of 229 participants. Because of our sponsor partners and volunteers, we were able to make this another successful triathlon. This competition has become so popular, we no longer have all the resources to continue managing this race. We are happy to announce that we have partnered with the event production company, Tris4Health, to produce the race in 2025.

WHAT IS NEW FOR 2025

As we approach 2025, our goal is to continue growing as a community-focused triathlon club committed not only to our athletes but also to giving back to our community. We are excited to add coaching to build and uplift our members, providing them with the tools and resources to become better athletes. We are particularly enthusiastic about partnering with local charities to give back to our community. For example, Blueberry Splash Swim is a nonprofit organization that organizes a 1-mile swim, with all the proceeds going toward providing swim lessons to underprivileged kids.

With your support, we can expand our efforts and make a meaningful impact in our community.

NWI Triathletes Sponsorship AGREEMENT

I agree on this date to provide NWI Triathlete Club a copy of the signed agreement in hand. Donation is due no later than Dec 31, 2024 and is valid through the 2025 Calendar year. In-Kind sponsorship will be handled on an individual basis to coordinate products and/or services to fulfill this agreement. Within 7 business days of receipt the I further agree to provide a high-resolution logo1 (vectored image: .eps or .ai) and/or banner for use as applicable.

The following is an annual sponsorship agreement between the NWI Triathletes and Sponsor.

I am a legal representative of this business and by registering agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Sponsorship Agreement. Once accepted by NWI Triathletes Club, this agreement shall be in force for the period specified below.
